 How Vastu Design Process for Builders and Architects works?

  1. Property Development Share your property survey, topography maps, and planned development detailsemail. VastuTruth will guide you develop roads, infrastructure, and community layout adhering to Vastu principles
  2. Send us your floor plan Share your PDF or image floor plan by email along with site details. For site review, a Google Maps link and survey or lot fi is sufficient.
  3. VastuTruth conducts the analysis Dr. Kumar, our Principal Consultant evaluates the plan against core Vastu Shastra principles within 3–5 business days. We do all work in Dallas, Texas and do not outsource any work.
  4. You receive a written report A clear, builder-friendly report highlighting any concerns and recommended adjustments — ranked by priority and ease of implementation.
  5. Optional walkthrough call We join a video call with your design or sales team to review findings and answer questions.
  6. Ongoing availability We remain available for follow-up questions as construction progresses or as buyers raise Vastu-related questions during the sales process.(Additional consulting fees may apply).

Do you work directly with builders or only homebuyers?

Both. We work with individual buyers to evaluate builder floor plans, and we also consult directly with builders, developers, and architects who want to offer Vastu-reviewed designs to their South Asian clientele.

How far in advance should a builder engage a Vastu consultant?

Ideally at the floor plan design stage, before permits are filed. However, we can also review plans at the pre-sale or model home stage and recommend modifications that can be offered as options to buyers.

Will Vastu changes require significant redesign?

Depends. Most Vastu adjustments at the design stage are minor or smaller scale— shifting an entrance, adjusting kitchen placement, or modifying a staircase location. When reviewed early, these changes cost little and are easily accommodated. Certain designs may need rework to meet requirements.

Do you offer ongoing retainer consulting for large builders?
