- Clients must provide accurate property details: address, county info, property survey, floor plans, and measurements as instructed.
- Area calculations include air-conditioned spaces, basement, and garage. Additional hour charged for every 1,000 sq.ft. increment or based on complexity.
- Onsite visits may be in-person or virtual (video call), based on availability. Travel charges may apply for in-person visits.
- $50 cancellation fee applies per appointment. Prices subject to change without notice.
- A $25 service fee applies for upgrading between packages, plus any difference in fees.
- Same-day/urgent requests require an additional $125 upfront fee (Package #2R).
- A retainer fee is required for ongoing communication after initial consultation, unless otherwise specified.
- All client communication through email or phone only. VastuTruth does not use SMS, WhatsApp, or messaging apps.
- 5-hour packages can be applied toward custom house/building plan reviews or remodeling plans by your architect/builder. Unused time rolls over within 1 month.
- 1 free follow up by phone or email for 2 weeks, for all consultations over 2 hours.
- Follow up on already reviewed properties billed in hourly increments at a special rate of $125 per hour.
