- Prepayment required at time of booking. All fees are non-refundable.
- Client must provide accurate property details: address, county info, property survey, floor plans, drawings, and all required measurements.
- Area calculations include all air-conditioned areas, basement, and garage. Add 420 sq.ft. (2-car garage), 525 sq.ft. (2.5-car), 670 sq.ft. (3-car). Add 70% of first-floor slab area for basement.
- Onsite visit may be in-person or virtual (video call), subject to availability. In-person visits are subject to travel charges and may take longer.
- $50 cancellation fee per appointment. Prices and promotions subject to change without notice.
- Travel surcharges apply for distances over 30 minutes from ZIP 75024 (Dallas, TX). Out-of-hometown visits include surcharge plus travel expenses.
- Follow-up consultations billed at $125/hr. Additional site visits at hourly rates or $125/trip if prepaid.
- Same-day appointments are treated as urgent — charged at the full (non-prepay) rate plus $125 upfront.
- A $25 upgrade fee applies when moving from one package to a higher tier, plus the difference in fees.
- All client communication through email or phone only. VastuTruth does not use SMS, WhatsApp, or messaging apps.
- Extra fees apply for additional Vastu customization, floor plan changes (based on area), and time beyond pre-paid consultation credits.
- Express Report requires client sign-off on checklist before report processing begins. Standard report: 7–10 business days after sign-off.
